Customer Service Advisor French/English/German

Background

We are recruiting a French/English/German Customer Service Advisor for our E-Commerce Europe Boutique. As part of a sales team, you’ll be responsible for online sales administration and for maintaining a high-end telephone and written relationship with La Genèse’s end customers.

The e-commerce store is present in 18 European countries.

Main activities

In a multilingual, multi-tasking environment, you’ll act as an ambassador for La Genèse, and your aim will be to build customer loyalty.

  • Sales administration :
    • Receive, qualify and manage oral and written customer requests
    • Advice and online sales
    • Validate orders according to defined procedures
    • Track orders to optimize processing
  • Customer service :
    • Ensure excellent customer relations by telephone and e-mail for the 18 countries in the scope
    • Respond attentively to all oral and written requests for information
    • Obtain and pass on information on products, stores, events, etc.
    • Communicate and implement procedures as part of a service approach: purchasing, returns, exchanges, after-sales service, etc.
    • Listen to customer complaints and manage disputes
    • Contribute to sales initiatives: events, communication campaigns, etc.

Job Requirements

With higher education in hotel management, business or communications, you have significant experience in advising demanding customers.

  • You have a perfect command of spoken and written English, French and German.
  • Empathetic and caring, you are genuinely sensitive to the quality of your customer service and the excellent customer relations you can provide over the phone.
  • You have good written and oral skills.
  • Assertive, you are able to analyze and manage stress and priorities.
  • You are comfortable using office automation tools.
