As part of a sales team, you&#8217;ll be responsible for online sales administration and for maintaining a high-end telephone and written relationship with La Gen\u00e8se&#8217;s end customers.<\/p><p>The e-commerce store is present in <strong>18 European countries<\/strong>.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Main activities<\/h2><p>In a <strong>multilingual<\/strong>, <strong>multi-tasking<\/strong> environment, you&#8217;ll act as an ambassador for La Gen\u00e8se, and your aim will be to build customer loyalty.<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sales administration :<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Receive, qualify and manage oral and written customer requests<\/li>\n\n<li>Advice and online sales<\/li>\n\n<li>Validate orders according to defined procedures<\/li>\n\n<li>Track orders to optimize processing<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Customer service :<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ensure excellent customer relations by telephone and e-mail for the 18 countries in the scope<\/li>\n\n<li>Respond attentively to all oral and written requests for information<\/li>\n\n<li>Obtain and pass on information on products, stores, events, etc.<\/li>\n\n<li>Communicate and implement procedures as part of a service approach: purchasing, returns, exchanges, after-sales service, etc.<\/li>\n\n<li>Listen to customer complaints and manage disputes<\/li>\n\n<li>Contribute to sales initiatives: events, communication campaigns, etc.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job purpose<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Service quality<\/li>\n\n<li>Customer satisfaction<\/li>\n\n<li>Sales development<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Requirements<\/h2><p>With higher education in hotel management, business or communications, you have significant experience in advising demanding customers.<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You have a perfect command of spoken and written English, French and German.<\/li>\n\n<li>Empathetic and caring, you are genuinely sensitive to the quality of your customer service and the excellent customer relations you can provide over the phone.<\/li>\n\n<li>You have good written and oral skills.<\/li>\n\n<li>Assertive, you are able to analyze and manage stress and priorities.<\/li>\n\n<li>You are comfortable using office automation tools.<\/li><\/ul><p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Customer Service Advisor French\/English\/German Background We are recruiting a French\/English\/German Customer Service Advisor for our E-Commerce Europe Boutique.
